What you’ll do
- Handle office IT-related work, computers, and software support.
- Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity.
- Support dialer and headset systems.
- Manage access administration and routine IT maintenance.
What you’ll bring
- A relevant IT degree is required.
- Practical ability to troubleshoot office computers, software, and connectivity.
- Careful access administration and clear communication.
- Availability for the night shift in Valencia Town, Lahore.
Working arrangements
Night shift, approximately 8:00 PM–5:00 AM, Lahore local time. Timing may change according to operational requirements.
Sunday off. Saturday is rotational; management communicates whether attendance is required.
Compensation & benefits
Basic salary. Eligible sales positions also receive per-sale bonuses and sales-performance commissions. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

- One paid sick leave per month, with additional medical-emergency leave subject to approval.
Leave & training
One paid sick leave per month. For genuine medical emergencies, an additional two to three paid leave days may be approved with medical records, up to a maximum of three additional emergency days. These days are emergency-only and subject to approval.
Training is unpaid. The duration will be discussed during recruitment.
