What we collect

Applications include the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, current city and area, education, experience, English communication level where relevant, availability, and introduction. If you upload a CV, we process that document with your application.

General enquiries include your name, email address, and message. We do not ask applicants for CNIC, bank details, full home addresses, or medical records. Please leave those details out of your application and CV.

How we use it

We use application information to review your suitability for the selected role, coordinate recruitment, and contact you about your application. We use enquiry information to respond to your message. Submitting a form does not create an applicant account.

Your consent covers the processing and contact described in the form. Please submit only your own details or information you are authorised to share.

Where applications and CVs go

The website prepares an email for the configured recruitment inbox, with your application details and any supplied CV attached. After accepting your application, it prepares a separate acknowledgement for the email address you supplied, containing your name, the role, your reference, and the next steps. This acknowledgement does not include your CV. Enquiries are prepared for the configured company inbox. Authorised recruitment staff and the email delivery provider may process these messages as needed to receive and manage them.

CVs are held in server memory while the submission is validated and delivered. They are not added to the website database or published as public downloads. The database keeps minimal delivery information, including a reference, message type, role title where relevant, delivery status, linked acknowledgement status, and timestamp. If an acknowledgement cannot be sent, your accepted application remains valid.

Email and retention

This installation is configured to send email through the company’s email provider. The website does not keep a permanent copy of your CV in its database. Delivered messages and attachments remain in the receiving inbox under the company’s and provider’s retention and access arrangements.

You can contact us to ask about the information held in the recruitment inbox or request that it be corrected or deleted. We will review the request and confirm what can be actioned.

Security and essential technical data

We validate submissions and file types, limit upload size, and use spam controls. Temporary rate-limiting information helps protect the forms from repeated automated requests. Website hosting and email services may also generate operational logs.

The public application process does not require an account or a login cookie. The administrator area uses an essential session cookie to protect access. No advertising trackers are included in this website implementation.

Questions or changes to your details

Use the contact form or email info@growmorepvt.com to ask about your information, correct an application, or request deletion. Include your application or enquiry reference where possible. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
