Our sales work connects with the USA market, so our team works a night shift in Lahore. Communication, punctuality, teamwork, and professional conduct shape the working day.
Sales roles involve different responsibilities: starting conversations, qualifying opportunities, handling follow-up, or closing. Our management, IT, and HR roles support the people and systems behind that work.

The weekly rhythm
Sunday off. Saturday is rotational; management communicates whether attendance is required.
Compensation
Basic salary. Eligible sales positions also receive per-sale bonuses and sales-performance commissions. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
Training
Training is unpaid. The duration will be discussed during recruitment.
Care when it matters
Leave and medical emergencies
One paid sick leave per month. For genuine medical emergencies, an additional two to three paid leave days may be approved with medical records, up to a maximum of three additional emergency days. These days are emergency-only and subject to approval.
