What you’ll do
- Initiate outbound calls to the USA market and follow campaign guidance.
- Qualify conversations and maintain accurate notes.
- Hand relevant opportunities to the closing team.
- Communicate professionally and work responsibly with your team.
What you’ll bring
- Intermediate / Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Suitable English communication for USA outbound calling.
- Freshers welcome; previous professional office experience is valued.
- Availability for the night shift in Valencia Town, Lahore.
Working arrangements
Night shift, approximately 8:00 PM–5:00 AM, Lahore local time. Timing may change according to operational requirements.
Sunday off. Saturday is rotational; management communicates whether attendance is required.
Compensation & benefits
Basic salary. Eligible sales positions also receive per-sale bonuses and sales-performance commissions. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

Leave & training
One paid sick leave per month. For genuine medical emergencies, an additional two to three paid leave days may be approved with medical records, up to a maximum of three additional emergency days. These days are emergency-only and subject to approval.
Training is unpaid. The duration will be discussed during recruitment.
